White Manor is a well- established family run motel, situated just 1.1 km from the CBD and Cooma Visitors Centre.

We are a small intimate motel that offers country hospitality where cleanliness, service, comfort and value for money are paramount for corporate and holiday travellers.

It is also just a short 2 minute walk from the Royal Hotel where you can get bistro meals 7 days a week in a warm, welcoming environment. Built in 1858 it is heritage listed and the oldest hotel in the Snowy Mountains region.

Cooma is the gateway to the Snowy Mountains. Ideally placed only 1 ½ hours from the snowfields of Thredbo, the South Coast jewel of Merimbula, and less to Kosciuszko National Park and Canberra, we are the perfect place to stay. Whether you enjoy skiing, hiking, bushwalking or walks along the beach, you can do them all.
